Did you know this story about Nick and Nate Diaz, the most famous MMA brothers from Stockton.

Nate was a teenager who didn’t know what to do with his life. All he had to look up to was his older brother Nick Diaz.

Nate started training martial arts because he was impressed by the motivation that Nick had to train.
He became a vegan just like his older brother.
He does triathlons because that was the example that was set by his older brother Nick. ⠀
Things weren’t always good for Nate like they are now. He always had disputes with the UFC because he wasn’t making enough money.

Ariel Helwani read Nick’s quote to Nate:

“It’s my bad he even got into this sport and gets his face kicked in and they don’t even pay him. I got us in this, and if I don’t make any money, I don’t have any way to get us out.”

The Diaz brothers are special, unfortunately they don’t talk much on media, but when they do, you listen attentively.
